Well done to James for being selected as an area finalist of a National letter writing competition organised by the Royal Mail.
This is an excellent achievement as over almost 100,000 letters were received and judged, and just 120 selected as finalists!
The competition was open to all school age children up to 14 and was launched back in September 2015. Mrs Vincent entered pupils from her Y7 class who wrote letters in response to the question ‘What is your dream job?”
During the next month, a panel of judges, including TV presenter Helen Skelton, will select the winners who will receive £1000 for themselves and for their school. Fingers crossed James!
